What is DestinyStream™

The DestinyStream™ provides a holistic, person-centered talent acquisition, development, and staffing pipeline to energize and equip, long-term employees.

Through our 4 stage program, we ensure barriers to employment are minimized by collaborating with employees to provide for all basic needs such as housing, food, and transportation, particularly early in their employment. Destiny Workforce also develops the talent pipeline through soft skills and other personal growth and development programming in which all staffing employees participate.

Prepare Workforce

Destiny Workforce Solutions works partners with treatment providers to identify and prepare those ARC clients with vocational aptitude and predisposition to fit the staffing needs of the employer partner. Destiny works with these individuals through a variety of soft skills, work-ready, and internship learning opportunities over a 1-3 week period.

Present Staff

As these future employees near the completion of Stage 1, Destiny will present informational resumes for each individual to the employer partner for consideration. The employer partner may then screen, interview and conduct whatever additional reviews so desired until an agreed upon cohort has been fully identified. This stage takes about 10 to 12 weeks.

Train

Destiny and the employer partner will collaboratively design and manage a two phase training and apprenticeship program for future employees. This program will consist of skills development training and on the job learning opportunities that will transition to an apprenticeship where future employees will put those skills into active practice during a 10 to 12 week period.

Employ

After completion of both the training and apprenticeship components of Stage 3, future employees may have offers of employment extended to them. These offers must be approved by and made in close coordination with Destiny.

Fair Chance Employment

Fair Chance Academy provides businesses with training and experiences to adopt a Fair Chance workplace that provides transformational employment successfully.
